A fantastic opportunity has just arisen for an EMEA Immigration Compliance Specialist at Manager level within this well-established international organisation. This is a key hire for this firm as this person will play a strategic part in the management & coordination of assignee movements across EMEA region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience of working within a global organisation to work within a key role in the future development of this company internationally.

The Role:

Your main responsibilities will be but are not limited to the following:

-Lead, Supervise & consultant across all EMEA transfers within the organisation.
-Coordinate with different governments & local agents in regards to immigration applications across Europe.
-Help train & develop staff & clients in regards to key immigration & relocation issues.
-Provide main point of contact service in regards to the movement of assignees across EMEA
-Ensure fully compliant with individual country immigration laws

The Person:

You will have strong experience within global immigration with a good knowledge of EMEA immigration processes & procedures. Knowledge of European immigration is essential. Supervisory experience is essential as this as you will be leading a team of specialist consultants in the coordination of visas & immigration for assignees across Europe. Vendor management of local immigration providers is key, as you will be managing the relocation process for assignees moving to a range of different destinations.
