LEAP29 is currently interested in speaking to Associates specializing in corporate finance to join a leading international law firm in its office in Luxembourg.

Our client's Corporate Finance group, which is recognised in Legal 500 for M&A, venture capital and IPO work is currently looking for a qualified lawyer with 2 - 4 post qualification experience to join its progressive and expanding practice.

The successful corporate finance lawyer will have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills (including fluency in French and English) and be pragmatic, motivated, dedicated and able to work as part of a team.

The successful candidate will work with a range of partners across all of the group's work streams - Quoted companies (both transactional and advisory), M&A, Private equity, General corporate advisory work - with the opportunity to pursue particular areas of expertise as these develop.

As outlined above therefore, candidates must demonstrate willingness to take an active role in the group's business development and know how development initiatives.
