Telesales / Telemarketing (French) to 25k

Position: Lead Generation Representative
Location: Bracknell
Salary: 20k basic, 25k OTE
ROLE:
As a member of the Inside Sales Team, the Lead Qualification Representative will identify sales opportunities within our client`s Midrange Product set.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Qualify leads generated by marketing programs and installed base programme.
b) Nurture ``Not Ready`` leads until the point that they are ready to enter our client`s sales cycle.
c) Participate in outbound cold calling activity.
d) Work alone or in tandem with our client`s Inside Sales Representatives and Midrange Channel.
e) Actively track and manager lead pipeline.
f) Assist with lead coordination and tracking within the Corporate CRM system.
g) Ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
h) Develop knowledge of our client`s family of products and the storage industry.
i) Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Previous experience working in a Lead Generation/Cold Calling role.
b) Fluent in English, French & preferably Arabic.
c) Strong commitment and ability to achieve lead targets.
d) Self-discipline to drive high volumes of inbound and outbound call activity.
e) Comfortable answering both telephone and email sales inquiries.
f) Excellent interpersonal and client interaction skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy; must possess good writing skills and calm/professional telephone presence.
g) Ability to multi-task; flexible and comfortable working in a fast paced environment and committed to meeting deadlines.
h) Ability to work independently and without close supervision.
i) PC Literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel and Outlook will be required.
j) Professional attitude, flexible and adaptable, organised and self-motivated.
k) Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
DESIRABLE SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Experience in an IT industry would be an advantage.
