A Training and Organisational Development Director is required to join a leading international consulting firm
specialising in the delivery of financial benefits to their clients by developing and installing processes and programs
to rapidly improve their operations.
As the Training and Organisational Director, you will work with clients to provide a foundation for the sustainability of
improved business practices and employee and management behaviours. You will create customised solutions for client's
workplaces, tailored to their specific needs and ultimately engage the hearts and minds of people to establish buy-in and
maintain their involvement throughout a Proudfoot intervention. This, coupled with creative learning processes and tools
provides the basis for accelerated change.
If you have senior management experience in change management, human performance improvement and organisational
development then we are looking for you to come on board and assist us in providing dramatic and quantifiable
improvements to our clients.
Training and Organisational Director Responsibilities:
* Create customised client solutions
* Identify cultural and behavioural issues within client organisations
* Build lasting relationships with clients
* Develop and deliver training (on-the-floor, classroom or multimedia)
* Design organisation-wide communications strategies
* Communicate effectively from the shop floor to senior management
* Advise on solutions to resolve organisational issues
* Manage your team effectively
Training Director Specification:
* Educated to degree level, specialising in organisational development, industrial/organisational psychology, human
resource management or corporate communications
* Fluent in English, French and Spanish
* Significant experience in change management, performance improvement or organisational development
* Must live within a close proximity to a major airport (100% travel required)
* Experience in creating alignment at the Executive Management level
* Experience delivering various forms of training to groups of people
* Experience in implementing organisational change in sales environments would be ideal
