Award-winning Search Marketing Agency, with HQ in Central London, requires a new SEO Consultant to join their team.

The SEO Consultant will report to a Senior Search Manager helping to deliver world class SEO consultancy for a variety of clients. You will work alongside an SEO Executive, Web Relations Manager, two Account Managers and a Creative so there is lots of scope to learn about SEO in all its guises and really develop your career in this exciting market. There will also be responsibility for mentoring more junior staff in the team when it comes to SEO strategy and implementation.

The role consists of assisting the Senior Search Manager by carrying out the following duties:

*Producing keyword analyses, recommendation documents and technical reports and have the ability to deal with complex SEO issues on an ad-hoc basis.

*Contributing to the development of a robust, business focused SEO strategy for your clients, proactively identifying new SEO opportunities and making suggestions for SEO strategy, site improvements and link building opportunities for those clients on an ongoing basis.

*SEO research and attending internal SEO workshops and industry seminars to keep your knowledge up to date, and sharing that knowledge with the wider SEO department via your own internal training sessions.

*Mentoring SEO Executives and running inductions to the SEO discipline for new staff.

*Attending and contributing to client meetings along with other members of your team.

*Assisting in the preparation and delivery or pitches for new business.

Essential Skills & Experience;

*Excellent Excel skills
*High standard of written and spoken English
*An thorough understanding of how search engines work and advanced SEO strategies and techniques
*A fast learner who is committed to a career in search marketing
*Logical and analytical mindset
*Confident and clear communicator, both in person and on the phone
