Your responsibilities as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant will include: business to business sales calls to generate new client companies, business to business client meetings, involvement in tenders and pitches for new business, telephone and face to face interviews with applicants, and matching the best suited candidates with suitable vacancies.

You will receive full training within our recognised in house training programme and the opportunity to receive full sponsorship for you to undergo recognised qualifications in recruitment practice run by the recruitment industry's governing body, the REC.

-Starting basic salary 18,000-19,000 plus uncapped Commission {first year OTE £30,000}
