This niche commercial firm with a national reputation, are seeking to strengthen their busy real estate team by
recruiting a further commercial property solicitor, c.3-6pqe+. You will handle a wide variety of quality work including
freehold/leasehold acquisitions and sales, new leases, lease renewals, variations, assignments and surrenders, S.146
Notices and forfeitures, development sales and purchases and landlord and tenant issues. He/ she will be expected to play
an active role in marketing and practice development. This is a practice where a confident, ambitious assistant solicitor
can make their mark and where ability and achievement will be recognised and rewarded.
