The Company - Our Client:
Our client is a specialist within the automotive industry. They create bespoke designs for cars by working with world class 3D modelers, graphic artists and technical engineers and have high caliber clientele. As a result of continued growth, they are now seeking a Sales Executive for their new site in Chelsea. This role will require a driven individual with the ability and aptitude to work on global projects and to promote brand growth. This is a fast paced environment and very demanding so candidates who are strong willed, that are able to take care of your own projects are desirable.

The Role - Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate excellent sales and business developments skills
- Develop and implement a structured and incremental plan for business development through sales for the brand for short, medium, and long term growth
- Drive retail sales through the boutique showroom
- Assist the Marketing and Public Relations Executive to develop marketing campaigns complementary to the sales growth strategy
- Demonstrate and promote the highest standards of customer services and personal appearance at all times
- Maintain records of all sales related activity for growth and performance measurement
- You will be responsible for your own customers and products from beginning to end

The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
- Senior sales management experience and the ability to develop appropriate strategies and systems to produce the right results.
- Established and proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Very well presented and can communicate with people at all levels
- Demonstrate a strong commercial and financial acumen, competent in efficiently managing the cost of sale and promoting profitability
- Be able to demonstrate excellent presentation skills to senior industry figure level
- A motivating figure with strong leadership who can inspire colleagues to excellence
- You will need to have a passion for cars, a drive to succeed and the ability to interact with people at all levels
