Health & Safety Regulatory Solicitor - Bristol

A regulatory solicitor with at least two years PQE in health, safety and environment matters is required for a leading regulatory team in their Bristol office. A diverse caseload on offer, this role will give you exposure to a wide range of clients from public sector organisations to blue chip companies within the safety, heath and environment team.

You will run an advisory and defence caseload with limited supervision attending police stations and HSE interviews. You should be comfortable with a wide scope of contentious and non contentious regulatory issues within the health and safety space. Candidates who have experience of magistrates or crown court work are of interest ideally with a regulatory defence background.

Ideally you will have extensive relevant experience in advising upon and defending a broad range of trading law issues including trading standards, advertising and pricing issues and general regulatory advice.
