An opportunity is now available for an experienced Credit Controller / Accounts Assistant to join our client's finance department within their dynamic Bangor-based organisation.
Duties will include:
* Processing supplier invoices and sales invoices
* Processing employee expense claims and preparing bank payment template for approval
* Processing petty cash claims and preparing monthly petty cash reconciliation
* Preparing and processing monthly credit card report
* Chasing debts and payments and undertaking general credit control duties
* Producing monthly reports
* Maintaining the direct debit system
* Supporting colleagues in the accounts department as and when required
* Assisting in the administration of the office
Essential requirements to be considered for the role:
* Previous credit control experience
* A background working of working in a similar accounting role
* High level of numeracy and accuracy
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong computer literacy
Experience of using Sage Line 50 is desirable although not essential
Salary: up to £15,000 per annum, depending on current level of experience
Full time, permanent role
Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm
Location: Bangor
