Private practice requires a Clinical Negligence solicitor to manage a caseload of claims from inception through to settlement. Working in a niche, small yet dedicated team which undertakes a wide range of negligence claims including catastrophic injuries, complex high value claims, medical negligence and injuries caused at birth, surgical operations including cosmetic surgery and dental. In addition, you will prepare cases for trial, instructing Counsel liaising with Courts and attend hearings as well as research quantum and advising upon liability.
