The Marketing Assistant's role is to assist with marketing communications projects to ensure consistency of brand message.
Marketing Support Materials
Responsible for the production of multilingual seasonal trade catalogues, to include proof reading in all languages and updating systems with amendments to product information and translations. Will include proof checking and press passing off site.
Responsible for creating and updating studio photography checklists and sending samples out for photography.
Assist with preparation for photoshoots including carnet documents, ordering stock, props and packing.
Produce seasonal price lists for all countries.
Liase with suppliers such as creative and production agencies and printers to ensure production of high quality print.

Websites
Responsible for seasonal site updates, implementation of design templates and managing timetable.
Responsible for checking site and functionality, ensuring accuracy of information.
Ensure on-time delivery of website to budget.
Work with Direct Marketing team to exploit news opportunities for Social Media, and hit targets for Facebook and Twitter.

Product Knowledge/Technical Expertise
Understand Brand tone of voice, market segment and country differences.
Understand the product range, brand technologies and confidently communicate these.

Retail Support
Management of the online image bank, uploading seasonal files, ensuring it is an effective customer tool.
Responsible for production of POS material to include researching ideas, design and print.
Assist in the production of seasonal Training Manuals for sales staff and retailers.
Assist in Swingticket process, attending meetings, understanding issues and researching ideas.
Organise studio photography of seasonal garments in all colourways and ensure Image Bank is updated each season.
Prepare branded presentations for key retailers, sales staff and seasonal product launches.

PR Support
Assist on various PR projects, promotions and competitions.
Send samples out for gear testing/review.

Ensure consistency of brand message throughout marketing materials.

Regularly review department storage, filing etc to maintain tidy and safe working environment.
