Skills Required:
Good understanding of trim and final Facilities and Processes.
Well developed presentation and communication skills.
Good IT skills.
Flexibility to be able to work at any Manufacturing or Product Development Site.
Automotive/Manufacturing Engineering back ground.
Experienced Project Manager, delivering facility change within a Trim and Final environment.
Must be able to lead and facilitate effective project meetings.
Skills Preferred:
Aware of FPS principles
Understanding of new model launch processes
Experience Required:
Experience in a similar role
Experience Preferred:
Experience within T&F environment Experience working with another major automotive manufacturer.
Must have delivered or taken a leading role major automation, mechanical handling, fluid delivery or manual handling projects.
Education Required:
HNC
