Responsible for telephone debt recovery,preferably from a consumer based environment.
Ability to work towards team and individual targets.
Flexible in terms of a varying work load to suit business requirements.
Liaising with customers,third parties and internal stakeholders.
Strong negotiation skills.
proven ability for problem solving.
Must have a strong appetite for volume work and hunger for success.
You will be available to work a shift plan between 8am-7pm Mon-Thurs, 9-5pm Friday and 10-00-4-00pm every other Saturday
