we are looking for the very best telesales agents who will be responsible for generating leads and interest in our services through customer contact over the telephone utilising a dialler system. Ideally we are looking for candidates who have experience in the debt management industry and be bonus driven. You are required to have good sales skills whist being able to adapt to the various different people you will speak to.
Working 35 hours on a shift pattern between Monday and Sunday that may vary to the needs of the business.
Skills Requirement:
* Experience of working in a high volume, targeted, outbound calling environment.
* Ability to adapt to change, meet the changing demands of the work environment.
* Dependability.
* Good verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work to targets and deadlines.
* Good time management and able to self motivate.
