Fraud Lawyer Liverpool
Top 50 Insurance practice currently has a new and exciting vacancy for a Fee-Earner/Legal Executive/Paralegal to join their nationally recognised Fraud team based in Liverpool. The Fraud unit continues to develop and expand and it deals with a range of fraudulent instructions (staged & contrived accidents, Fraud rings, LVI, phantom passengers etc) on behalf of their Insurance clients.
The successful recruit will have responsibility for handling (and as necessary assisting a Partner) on a caseload of fraudulent matters. It is expected that the successful candidate will have previous Fraud experience however candidates with defendant PI/RTA experience and a real desire to work on Fraud matters are also actively encouraged to apply.
