The Claims Progressor is responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients who have contacted the Company requesting their assistance. Initial details have been taken by first point of contact and this information is then passed to Claims Progressor to handle from this stage.
Speaking to customers to ensure all the relevant forms have been completed and will be returned for Claim to be made.
Advising and keeping customers updated on the Claims progression, assisting with any queries through out the process.
Whilst you will not be making sales calls, you must be confident on the telephone, you must have worked in an outbound environment previously, Call Centre people are ideal but not essential as this is not a hot desk call centre environment, much more a customer service centre.
Working Hours are:
12pm - 8pm Mon- Thursday
9am- 5pm Friday
1 in 4 Saturdays
The basic is £14,500 ote £36k AND this is realistic and demonstrable by the Company
