Top global management consultancy is seeking an organised Executive Assistant to cover a maternity leave for about 7 months starting in early September, supporting a small team of 2 senior level Partners and 2 Principals. Your role will be busy and needs your excellent organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise. There will be lots of involvement in planning and organising projects, meetings and setting up conference calls as well as hectic diary management and global travel itineraries. Other duties will include managing an inbox and being a seasoned gatekeeper together with research as required and much more. Your great communication and organisation skills will be fully utilised and your proactive ability to think ahead and a positive "can do" attitude are all needed. Flexibility and multitasking skills required for this is very much a team effort - all the EAs help each other out in times of need! Lovely professional environment in smart offices. Good education (degree preferred) and five years minimum experience in either a corporate business or professional services company. 50 wpm typing, good Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook together with a bright helpful attitude.
