Within Customer Relations Field Services, our Field Services Specialist role deals with a wide range of billing related Inspections needed to help answer Customer generated queries. The role also provides the opportunity to represent the Company in dealing with County Court hearings Full training will be provided
Key Accountabilities:
Full compliance to all Company and departmental Safe Systems of Work, Risk Assessments and Lone Working policies and procedures at all times.
* To take full responsibility for compliance and promotion of safe working practices. Reporting any unsafe practices immediately to reduce risks to others.
* Promote positive Company brand reputation at all times and present and conduct themselves in a smart, courteous, respectful and professional manner.
* Provide accurate information on internally & externally generated billing query Inspections, ensuring that all set Company standards are met accordingly
* To complete jobs on the day they are allocated - not to carry work over to the next day unless agreed with Planner/Team Manager.
* Liaise effectively with internal Field Services Departments and other Departments within Customer Relations and the business
* Maintain accurate records regarding pertaining to own workload providing a precise auditable information
* Ensure all company property, vehicles, PPE & equipment are maintained accordingly * Pro-actively manage customer and colleagues expectations.
Experience:
In order to succeed in this role it is expected you will have:
Essential
* Excellent communications skills and be a confident negotiator; skilled in making decisions in areas of ambiguity.
* You must be able to work to regulated deadlines in an often pressurised environment.
* A good knowledge of company charging policy is required
Desirable
* Operational or previous field working experience
