A leading global telecoms company based in Berkshire has a number of exciting opportunities for motivated, ambitious and driven individuals to join their data analyst team.

On joining the Data Analyst team you will provide support to the team in a multi-customer service environment. The successful applicants will learn a variety of skills across various technologies enabling them to cover customer operations such as handling and analysing large volumes of data, capacity and performance. Other duties will include; Coding, data manipulation, monitoring and analysis using Excel, Access and SQL.
An understanding of telecoms networks along with the ability to read and understand technical instructions will be required and a higher education qualification in telecoms or IT is highly desirable (graduate degree is preferable, but not essential).

These positions promise to give individuals a rewarding career within a global telecoms company. The aim is to increase your responsibility and involvement in day to day management of your own workload, therefore the ability to motivate yourself and others is essential to the role. Along with these characteristics candidates must possess the following specific requirements.

- Understanding or previous working knowledge of Excel, SQL, Access or Coding
- Understanding or previous working knowledge of Database analysis, manipulation and/or monitoring
