As a well-established, highly successful energy consultancy, my client can count a number of high profile organisations among its clients. The company offers a cost effective energy management service to its clients and has excellent relationships with the leading energy suppliers. As a result of a prolonged period of rapid growth, the company are now looking for an experienced energy assessor to work with existing companies and conduct Commercial EPC's and DEC's. They want someone with strong commercial ability who can also sell these services, grow the team and lead.

The Role:
To undertake domestic and non-domestic energy assessment for production of EPC's/DEC's and (if qualified) TM44 ACI reports into existing non-domestic buildings.
Carrying out all site inspections and associated energy assessment/reporting for compliance certification in line with company and industry quality standards.
Creation and submission of comprehensive written reports.
Liaising with site agents, building managers, clients and colleagues.
Identifying and sourcing new potential clients.


The Candidate:

Qualification in Energy Assessment to Level 4.
Excellent diagnostic and report writing skills.
Working knowledge of Spreadsheets/Databases/Microsoft Office.
Expert knowledge of relevant software application for the production of EPC's/DEC's
Full Driving License.
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Looking to grow within the Organisation
A willingness train to become an Energy Assessment Accredited Trainer or to ensure that it is available within the Company.



Desirable Requirements:

Membership of relevant institute or to ensure Company membership.
Qualification in Air Conditioning Inspections to level 4
Experience in the production of TM44 Air Conditioning inspections for all types of central and packaged systems
