Knowledge of mortgages of general finance litigation would be extremely useful, however this is very much an overseeing role and you'll be expected to administer and project manage the outsourcing of the work with panel firms.
That said, you'll obviously have experience of dealing with the processes and be familiar with protocol, however your innovation and willingness to introduce good systems and procedures is where you'll add value.
