Follow drawings and work under direction from the Black Box Project Manager, have the ability to be able to make changes to the customer hardware -Apply configuration changes -Upgrade the IOS -Perform troubleshooting -Contribute towards the discussion on timescales -May be working in a team environment -Discuss the work with the customer on site and communicate this back to the Project Manager
Skills :
Must have CCNA minimum should be Voice, Wireless & Security -Must have customer facing skills -First aid certificate would be useful but not essential. -The ability to terminate Cat5e, Cat6 and Cat6a cables would be advantage
Vacancy Notes :
Laptop with console/rollover cable -The engineer should carry basic hand tools * Fault Description: New PAPC unit received that needs to be setup with the help of the NOC. This is the third and final PAPC unit that needs to be setup to complete the outstanding point
