POSITION: MARKETING MANAGER

SALARY: IN THE 40,000 - 45,000 BRACKET + BONUS POTENTIAL

LOCATION: EAST SUSSEX

Our client is the market leader in design and manufacture of condensate pumps for the air conditioning industry.

Established in the early 1990's they have now grown to be the market leader supplying a range of peristaltic, tank, mini
and supermarket pumps to markets in over 60 countries throughout the world.

As a result of continued growth they are now looking to recruit a Marketing Manager. In this demanding position you will
have the task of developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to meet organisational objectives.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be responsible for the implementation for the Marketing strategies
both internally as well as externally working closely with our client's international channel partners, as well as
advertising and promotional activities supported by a dedicated graphic design team.

Your main duties range from, product launch coordination above the line communication campaign including PR, exhibition,
trade marketing to the implementation of our clients strategy to the trade. This will include all aspects of Marketing
including, paper based, advertising, PR and digital marketing.

You will have a minimum of 5+ year's proven experience as a Marketing Manager, ideally gained within a company operating
within an international channel-distribution environment.

You should have a marketing degree, and be experienced in all aspects of developing and implementing marketing strategies
and working within a manufacturing environment. Technical marketing skills would be a distinct advantage.
