We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to work in our IT team who are looking to expand. There is no ceiling to your earning potential and we offer competitive salaries and a strong commission structure. The role is based in East Grinstead, near Gatwick, and pays a basic of £15,000 - £35,000 DOE plus a car allowance, Pension and between 10% - 30% commission.

We are looking for people with a good work ethic who are initially happy to work a duel desk, both contract and permanent positions. You will have 6 months plus recruitment experience, not necessarily within IT, and have worked the complete recruitment sales cycle.

You need to be extremely pro active, tenacious and willing to put in the work to maximise your earning potential.
