It is an exciting time to for this firm. Having endured the downturn, the firm is now enjoying healthy turnover and headcount growth and has emerged from the recession as a more robust business. The firm's employment team is looking to add an experienced professional to their ranks to work on a variety of complex work and assist in developing the team.
You will be joining an exceptional firm with a highly regarded employment practice. You will be working on a broad and varying caseload, covering aspects of employment law. You will deliver day-to-day employment advice on all employment issues, including general advisory work, litigation and in particular for this role, the employment aspects of corporate and project support work. You will advise on TUPE and outsourcing matters, and the employment aspects of corporate transactions. In addition to this you will advise on the employment aspects of public sector projects.
