Desktop Support Engineer, London / South East, c26-30k + benefits
An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced 2nd line Desktop Support Engineer to join this leading Global IT Services Group in their London offices to provide technical support to their clients in and around the London area (predominantly financial services / telecoms environments). You will provide end-user support including Windows 7 and Mac OS desktop environments, Messaging support based on Exchange and MS Office suite 2003 / 2007 / 2010.
You have excellent customer facing skills, a positive and cheerful approach and a good sense of humour. Any experience with 2003 /2008 server administration, Active Directory, XP and Windows 7 administration / support, Backup Exec, SQL, IIS, SharePoint and basic networking, etc advantageous. Excellent opportunity to join a leading and growing IT services organisation with a global reach.
