A vacancy has arisen for a qualified Accountant to take on the position of Regional Bursar for an organisation with charitable status and strong links in Europe. The successful candidate will be a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Accountant and have had demonstrable accounting experience, not necessarily with a charitable organisation, although knowledge of this sector would be desirable. The role will be undertaken on a part-time temporary basis initially but there is hope in the future for the position to become permanent. Good working knowledge of Sage is required as is a cheerful approach, good communication skills, adaptability and flexibility. An early appointment is preferred, so applications from candidates with immediate availability or short notice periods are welcome.
