Department Profile:
The Collections & Recoveries department consists of the following functions Outbound, Inbound, FST, PLR, Account Support, Money Management & Recoveries.
As a department they ensure that they maximise the recovery income to ensure the bad debt charge is kept to a minimum at all times.
Job description:
We are currently looking for advisors to join our Collections and Recoveries team. We are looking for positive and motivated individuals who can make a difference through their communication skills and passion for customer services. Join us in this role and you will be asked to work with our customers to rehabilitate their accounts that have fallen into arrears, whilst minimising the loss to the business.
This role will look for you to show judgement and tenacity in achieving a win-win situation. Previous experience of a Collections environment would be useful but not essential.
