Facilities Manager - East Switzerland - to CHF 115k plus package
A major blue chip company is looking for a Facilities Manager to join their thriving business. You will be responsible for the supervision of all facilities management and facilities services for 2 sites in East Switzerland. You must be fluent in German, French and English.
Supervision and management of day-to-day facilities management service, and related functions, such as maintenance of plant/office and equipment, security, landscaping, cleaning, environmental management and reception.
Manage and monitor the FM spend. Administrative tasks for FM scope.
Job Responsibilities:
*Manage and coordinate the delivery of all Facilities Management services.
*To manage facilities/project management, from inception to completion for the sites across Switzerland specifically
*Manage the health & safety aspects of the delivery of facilities management.
*Manage and coordinate the activities of facilities related on-site and visiting contractors
*Manage all service contracts including building technical maintenance, cleaning, vending, waste, external surfaces, security etc.
*Establish effective day-to-day business relationships with the client and take a proactive approach to requirements.
*Produce regular reports and analysis.
*Manage and monitor the spend of FM activities, including financial reports.
*Hold regular progress reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
*Ensure that Facilities activities and procedures adhere to applicable laws, policies and best practice guidelines.
*Assist the Sourcing Manager with Procurement of facilities services in Switzerland.
*Ensure continuous operational improvement (organisation, processes, synergies etc.).
*Administration tasks for FM on the site.
Skills Required
Experience
*3-5 years experience in Facilities Management environment.
*Team management experience.
*Evidence of working in a flexible changing business environment.
*Engineering or related qualification/background is an asset, preferably with knowledge of building mechanical and electrical services.

*Excellent customer relationship skills.
*Ability to keep calm whilst working under pressure.
*Ability to work independently.
*Strong organisational skills.
*Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
*Team player /management skills.
*Good oral and written communication skills.
*Fluency in the following languages: German, French, and ideally English.
*Numerical and analytical skills.
*PC literacy is essential.
