Successful City based Asset Managers are currently recruiting for a brand new position. The position available is 'Institutional Sales Administrator'.
We are helping them seek out London's hardworking, dedicated and talented 'star secretaries' to join this professional, dynamic and 'well oiled' organisation.
Your primary focus will be to support the Head of Institutional Sales with a very busy diary, meeting schedule and a constant flow of emails. European and mainly Nordic travel arrangements will also be a large part of the role and so the need to be on the ball, organised and an awareness of timezones is essential. The team also consists of three Business Development Managers who, although manage their own diaries, will also require some assistance with travel, expenses and support with marketing packs for their clients.
The second part to the role (approximately 20-30%) is support to the CEO's EA. This will mainly involve helping collate board papers and put together board packs however the ability to be open, flexible and happy to help wherever is necessary is an absolute must.
This is a very team spirited and supportive working environment where admin staff often go above and beyond their spec to help the business be a success.
Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint are vital.
