Our client is a leading IT company based in Berkshire with a Key requirement for Contract Managers.
You will be:
* Managing contracts throughout their lifecycle: developing, drafting, negotiating standard and non-standard contracts.
* Working in close collaboration with the sales force, business management and other support functions.
* Limiting the company's risk with contract matters in EMEA and Globally.
* Making use of the Company's unique contracts lifecycle management tool.
* Updating and maintaining statistical, narrative and other files records and databases.
The Key Requirements are:
* A Bachelor's or Masters degree in Law is essential.
* A minimum of 2 years experience developing and executing business contracts as an in-house contracts manager, lawyer or purchaser in a relevant environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills together with an ability to solve problems and manage multiple projects.
* Knowledge of the IT/Technology industry would be preferable.
* Languages in addition to fluent English would be desirable, in particular French and/or German.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
