Property Investment company based in the heart of the West end are recruiting for a dynamic, friendly, outgoing and flexible Team Secretary to work alongside the Investment Director and Team. This role requires a person who is able to multi task in an efficient and friendly way and able to use their initiative to ensure the smooth running of Team. Typical duties include: diary management, meeting organisation, compiling reports, liaison at all levels and some audio and copy of reports. We are looking for a pro -active candidate who has good system skills and able to prioritise and juggle a busy work load. Excellent organisational skills are essential as well as effective communication, both verbal and written.
