An International organisation is seeking an Immigration Compliance Associate. You will be managing corporate accounts ensuring that quality advice and support is provided through the UK points based system. You will need to be able to work independently using your own initiative, as well as using your experience to support other members of your team.
This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is looking to work within an International organisation and use their strong corporate experience to support a team.
The Role:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
-Provide excellent client service when assisting clients regarding immigration issues
-Manage a wide variety of different caseloads on behalf of different clients
-Support when necessary members of your team with application process
-Advising clients and assignees with technical matters regarding correct legislation
-Give support and guidance regarding the points based system
-You will need to provide training to clients on regular sites regarding immigration issues
The Person:
You need to have strong corporate immigration experience as a qualified solicitor and be able to provide advice with current UK legislation regarding the points based system. Client management skills are fundamental and you will need to maintain excellent client relations. Experience of providing direct training to HR teams would be highly beneficial.
