This is one of the most highly regarded Chambers and Legal 500 listed firms in the North Buckinghamshire area and they are looking for a circa 6 year PQE commercial property solicitor to join their successful team. This is a great opportunity to join an established and well respected team as they expand due to demand.
As an experienced commercial property solicitor you should ideally have experience within the hospitality and leisure sector dealing with the buying/selling of individual or portfolios of pubs/restaurants and/or hotels, nightclubs, late night venues and gambling venues (managed or tenanted). You should also have a solid background in estate management, landlord and tenant matters having acted for FTSE 100 and 250 and AIM listed companies. You must have a solid academic record with a degree gained from a university within the Russell Group.
