Our Healthcare Client in Sweden is looking for a Project Manager/Programme Manager to conduct a pre-study for a REACH compliance project.

The aim of the project is to ensure our client's products are labelled in compliance with CLP and GHS legislation world-wide. Initial scope for a Programme Manager is to set out the project and provide a full analysis of present and future state with a plan to achieve the future state with detailed steps and milestones.

We are looking for a Program Manager/Project Manager who has a good understanding of REACH/CLP/GHS and a high level of Healthcare related IT expertise. Experience with the Lean Six Sigma approach is essential.

Technical Skills:

C# and .NET Development (desired)
Project Coordination, Project Management and Team Management
Global/International Project Experience
REACH/CLP/GHS

Tasks:
Initially we require a Programme Manager who has a comprehensive knowledge of the legislation and experience of working on global projects. They should be a good communicator, have experience of Six Sigma techniques and able to provide plans and roadmaps as to how the project would progress to a successful conclusion and meet the deadline for the legislation. As some countries require compliance earlier than others this will have to be built into the project plan.
It would be acceptable for the Programme Manager to work with other contractors to gain an insight into what is needed and suggest subcontracting some areas of the work to subcontractors for the full project implementation.
Expected deliverables from the Pre Study
*A fully comprehensive analysis of the current state and the future state including analysis of current and future supply routes
*Fully formed project plan with estimation of resources required and costs
*Comprehensive roadmap and milestones to ensure completion against the deadlines set by the legislations.
