Our client is a private practice firm that is located in the Sussex area and listed in the Legal 100. The firm have a well established and successful Corporate Commercial team. You will work in a well established team that deals with both corporate and commercial matters for a range of well known clients based in the area together with owner managed and small medium sized enterprises based in the area.
Our client is a Legal 100 practice and is therefore looking for a candidate with:
* Training or experience of corporate matters at a well regarded regional or city practice;
* Good academics;
* A connection or wish to re-locate to the Sussex area. You will also be involved in business development and management duties.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
