Senior Commercial Manager required for a key player in civil lighting and communications. You will be managing and monitoring the QS function of the business, advising on claims, engaging in negotiating contracts, and tendering for works. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years experience in commercial management within a civil engineering discipline. A background in street or highway lighting would be ideal. You must have experience of NEC3 contracts and other major civil and electrical contracts knowledge.
