This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced PA/Assistant work within in the HR Division of a high profile American Investment Bank. You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills in order to support a busy team including 3 VPs.
Responsibilities will include varied admin around travel, diary and expenses management. There will also be HR related responsibilities around new starters and leavers, coordinating and scheduling meetings, organisation and maintenance of employee files, formatting presentations, as well as assisting with general HR related questions. You will need to be resourceful and well organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines. Previous experience of working as an Assistant, ideally within an HR team within financial services or blue chip Company essential.
