Simply Education are currently looking to appoint experienced Cover Supervisors with strong behaviour management skills to provide support within Leicestershire Secondary schools and colleges.

We urgently require strong, experienced Cover Supervisors to provide daily, short term and long term cover within our secondary schools and colleges.

As an experienced Cover Supervisor you will hold the behaviour and classroom management skills necessary to succeed within a diverse range of classroom environments. You will be required to take responsibility for the class, organising the classroom and learning resources in addition to motivating pupils in order to create a positive learning environment.

Minimum attributes we expect from our Cover Supervisors include;

B.Ed or BA Degree
Experience of classroom supervision
Strong behaviour management skills
Flexibility and reliability
