Business Systems Manager - (CRM and Digital)
Location - Wiltshire
Salary - 45,000 - 50,000 + car / car allowance & excellent benefits

Business Systems Manager required to support the Sales and Marketing departments of a well known International business based in Wiltshire.

The successful Business Systems Manager will be required to develop, implement, and ensure the sustainability of applications for business performance and development. Key duties will be as follows: ensure the IS applications in Sales and Marketing departments meet the needs of the business as expressed through SLA's and Governance principles; provide effective functional user support; contribute to the alignment of the IS Service Delivery with the business strategy; change existing business practices and drive changes to technology; lead and oversea IS projects; determine operational environment for new applications / solutions; manage internal and external suppliers; act as key point of contact between the key stakeholders of the business and the sales and marketing teams; provide education to the business regarding the value of IS.

Essential skills include: Experience in a Business Systems role with emphasis on Digital Marketing and Sales systems; experience of managing projects to interface web site platforms with internal CRM systems; strong relationship management skills; experience of dealing with web agencies and knowledge of web strategy and website management; experience of social media and mobile technology strategies; experience of online retailing and consumer connection strategies; line management experience; coaching and training experience; experience of providing strategic input and able to co build a strategy for CRM and Digital Marketing; process and business analysis and design.
