A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Refrigeration Service Engineer to join the team of a leading supplier of refrigeration, air conditioning and core building services Company based in the London area offering a basic salary of up to 30,000 plus OT.
Your duties as Refrigeration Service Engineer will include:
- To undertake reactive refrigeration repairs in accordance with call allocation from Service Controller
- To take a proactive approach to PPM and reactive works within your area to ensure the highest standards are maintained
- Be part of a team covering 24/7 service including standby/shift rota
- Consistently meet or exceed the KPI levels set out in the contract within your stores
- Assisting your supervisor in ensuring that you deliver the specified SLAs and KPIs and achieve customer satisfaction
- Maintain and adhere to Health & Safety requirements at all times
- Update and complete PDA and paperwork on time
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
- NVQ 3 or equivalent in RAC
- City & Guilds 2079
- Co2 experience
- Previous Refrigeration engineering, Reactive Engineer experience within the retail / supermarket sector
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
In return we will offer you a basic salary of up to 30,000 dependent upon experience plus overtime complete with an expensed vehicle, specialist tools, PDA, uniform & up to 25 days annual leave in accordance with length of service.
