TITLE: Internal Resourcer Creative Media, PR and Communications Co.

THE COMPANY:

An internationally renowned media, PR and Communications company are looking for an Internal Resourcer to join its busy Recruitment Team. The company and its agencies work with some of the worlds best known A-List brands! The purpose of the role will be to actively attract, source and on-board talent for the company.

You will be working alongside 4 Recruitment Partners in a busy and demanding environment who work across a range of the companys agencies and disciplines including PR, Advertising, Creative, Digital, Management Consultancy and Events & Sponsorship.

This role will suit someone with a media recruitment background who is looking for a fast paced progressive environment where change is embraced.

THE ROLE:

Working with and supporting Talent Resourcing Partners and Talent Recruiters
Resourcing for vacancies across the company
Organising interviews
Writing job adverts
Ensuring the recruitment site on the intranet is kept up to date
Briefing external recruitment agencies when needed and facilitating the process
Assisting with ad-hoc internal projects
Organising testing if required
Ensuring relevant and necessary paperwork from candidates is obtained
Build effective relationships with the Recruitment Team and Stakeholders
Assisting the team with all ad hoc day to day admin work

THE PERSON:

Previous media recruitment experience needed
Experience of using social media to recruit direct Linked In, Twitter etc.
Tenacious and committed
Enthusiastic and dynamic
Works well in teams and under pressure
Strong verbal and written communication skills
