* Call Centre Sales Advisor in Newcastle upon Tyne
* 7.20 p/h basic salary (14,040 per annum) plus commission, OTE 21,000
* Top earners are able to earn 30k as commission is completely uncapped
* Ad hoc incentives cash and holiday rewards
* Mon- Fri 12pm - 8pm (occasional Saturday, working 1 in 3)

Following another successful win of a large client, one of the UK's leading power, gas and renewable energy companies employing over 85,000 worldwide, this Newcastle upon Tyne based contact centre is looking to further expand its team of Call Centre Sales Advisors.

The successful Call Centre Sales Advisor will:
* Make outbound calls to prospective and lapsed residential customers, to introduce the product and services of the client, and to secure a sale
* Work to set sales targets, overcoming objections confidently, and working within strict quality and adherence guidelines
* Perform a challenging, demanding, results orientated role which is hugely fulfilling and rewarding
* Maintain professional and ethical working practices at all times

As a Call Centre Sales Advisor, you will benefit from a Training Team, Coaching Team, Team Manager and Operations Manager. Further opportunities for progression into a Performance Coach, Team Manager or Training role are readily available through career development.
