Online Marketing Executive (Google Analytics / Adwords) to 30k

Position: Online Marketing Executive
Location: Bracknell
Salary: 27k Base Salary + Potential 3k Bonus

ROLE:
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Online Marketing Executive to join their growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, be a strategic thinker and capable of developing and implementing plans to ensure effective online marketing channels. They will oversee website performance and user experience, social media and web analytics management, as well as providing online marketing campaign support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Create, implement and publish bespoke content (B2B) for all online communications.
b) Monitor and develop web resources to create new online opportunities.
c) Work closely with Marketing Managers on development of EMEA websites.
d) Create, implement and publish campaign landing pages.
e) Devise, implement and measure effectiveness for all online marketing campaigns and activity.
f) Provide regular reporting of web activity; follow up analysis of data and input into future web and e-commerce activity.
g) Work closely with our Events Team on creating and developing Virtual Environments.
h) Development, implementation and on-going management of Google Analytics/SEO.
i) Implementing digital marketing initiatives both internally and externally.
j) Liaising with global Marketing Teams.
k) Relationship management of external agencies.
l) Development, implementation and on-going management of the company`s social media strategy for EMEA.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Educated to degree level or equivalent.
b) Experience designing and creating websites and landing pages.
c) Proven background in developing highly targeted online marketing campaigns and monitoring their effectiveness.
d) Experience successfully using social media in a B2B environment.
e) Previous experience in Google Analytics and Adwords.
f) Analytical and detail orientated approach.
g) Strong awareness of social media industry.
h) Understanding of the B2B sector.

DESIRABLE SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Knowledge of HTML, .php and .aspx is desirable.
b) Experience in CMS systems is preferred.
c) Experience with digital media would be an advantage.
d) Relevant strong business experience in the IT industry is preferred.
e) Experience with salesforce.com would be beneficial.

Please be aware that this role may require travel to any of the Company`s sites from time to time. Extra hours of work may be required to deliver the role to the satisfaction of the company.
