Java, C / C++ Embedded Software Engineer - Southampton - 50k
Java, C / C++ Embedded Software Engineer required to join my client, a leading software house in Southampton. You will be required to join this team working on a variety of development projects and should be highly experienced in programming in embedded Linux with skills in C / C++ / Java. The role will require you to be up to speed very quickly so a strong background in C / C++ or Java programming is essential. You should have a good understanding of TCP/IP, SSL, FTP, SFTP, XML and Cryptography.
Essential Criteria
* Java
* C / C++
* Embedded Linux
* Experience of Payment Solutions (Debit Card / Terminal Applications Point of Sale Terminals (POS)
* EMV
* XML
Experience of working on Embedded payment systems would be a significant advantage for this role.
