Knowledge would be required of Telecommunications, LAN, WAN, and networking technologies, (Microsoft NT & W2K, SQL Server, CISCO etc.) - Professional Certification being encouraged from then onwards.

ROLE
To ensure all system hardware, software and firmware is validated before release and to provide necessary support on system configuration and functionality, including third party product integration.
To validate new revisions and versions of system hardware, firmware and software before approval and release.
To evaluate and validate third party hardware and software.
To produce and maintain various release documentation as required.
To undertake system level diagnostic tests so that system faults can be analysed accurately.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
