<p><strong>Assistant Manager - Edinburgh</strong></p><p>Due to their recent expansion and exciting growth plans for 2012, our client has an opportunity for an experienced <strong>Assistant Manager for their new Edinburgh Boutique opening in the summer of 2012. </strong></p><p><strong>Edinburgh is commutable from: Livingston, Balemo, West Linton, Forth, Haddington, Peebles, Dunbar and Whitburn.</strong></p><p>The role is focused on delivering the ultimate shopping experience within a luxury fashion brand, ensuring every customer receives a friendly, honest and personable one to one service.</p><p>This is a hand's on Assistant Manager role where you will be supporting the Store Manager in the day to day running of the business and we are therefore looking for individuals who have proven experience of managing a team and working to set KPI Targets.</p><p>The emphasis is very much based on personality and a can do attitude. The ideal candidate for Assistant Manager must possess the following key attributes,</p><p>-       Passion for delivering an amazing customer experience</p><p>-       Sales and target focus</p><p>-       Previous experience of managing a retail sales team to deliver sales results</p><p>-       Experience in training, coaching and developing a team</p><p>-       Ability to communicate at all levels</p><p>-       Commercial awareness</p><p>-       Prepared to go the extra mile to achieve targets</p><p>Ideally you will currently be a Assistant Manager, Store Manager, Concession Manager, Floor Manager, Department Manager, Sales Manager, Deputy Manager, Team leader for a one to one service focused fashion retail brand.</p><p>Offering on going training, career development, competitive salary of up to £16k plus sales bonus, & management bonus, plus benefits.</p>
