Our client is a quality UK based firm.
The role will involve managing your own deals while assisting partners on complex deals as well. Acting for a wide range of clients, your work may include M and A, IPO's, joint ventures, reorganizations and more. Additionally, you will play a key part in the practice development which may include the supervision and development of junior members of the team.
This role will suit a solicitor that has gained a minimum of 5 years experience in a specialist corporate transactional role. Ideally, you will have experience and a successful track record in business development and client relationship building. You will be able to demonstrate general competencies of a senior associate.
