This includes:</p><p>- Full responsibility for Budget Management</p><p>- Successfully achieving and exceeding all Financial Targets</p><p>- Recruiting, training, coaching and developing your team who will deliver exceptional customer service and a great memorable customer experience.</p><p>- Delivering and continuously improving service and standards across the club making sure your club exceeds it's objectives.</p><p>- Motivating and leading staff to ensure good staff retention and a positive club attitude.</p><p>- Overall responsibility for Stock Rotation,</p><p>- Overall responsibility for ensuring all practices comply with Health & Safety, HACCP and environmental health legislation and procedures</p><p><strong>Skills, Knowledge and Behaviour </strong></p><p>We are interested to hear from experienced Managers from Retail, Leisure or Hospitality who are both people and business focussed. Your previous experience may include management of a leisure centre, cinema, chain restaurant, high street store or you could be a department manager in a supermarket. We are looking for candidates who have a track record of enthusiastic and results driven leadership, have excellent management skills and are able to demonstrate examples of previous work which has shown a commitment to putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.</p><p><strong>Additional Information </strong></p><p>We offer a competitive package which includes a car, healthcare, pension and bonus.</p>
